Coming from an athletic background, I was so involved in physical activities all my life until I started university and I sort of became a potato.
It took quite a fair bit of discipline and a heck load of motivation to get back into the routine of working out. I had an awesome trainer and he definitely taught me the basics and got me accustomed to reading my own body.
Disclaimer: I am no fitness guru, so make sure if you do decide to follow these workouts that you consult with your health practitioner or trainer before commencing. Also, everybody's body is different and it's best you do what's best for you.
